Barknorth was born from a lifelong passion for animals.
Before being a store, Barknorth is the result of many years spent side by side with dogs and other pets — experience built day after day caring for dozens of dogs, and learning in the field what an animal truly needs to thrive, what works, and what is just marketing.
We are not a store selling products picked at random from a catalog. Every item you find here has been chosen by people who spend their real days with dogs, not by people who only know them from pictures.
Our goal is simple: to offer useful, quality products, selected with the same care we would use for our own dogs.
What we do — and what we don't
Barknorth is an independent online retailer. We do not manufacture the products we sell. We select and resell products from established pet brands such as K9 Sport Sack, JESPET, GF Pet, GOOPAWS, Flipo and Bark Fifth Avenue. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
What we add is the selection: we choose the products we would use ourselves, we describe them honestly, and we stand behind them with a 30-day return policy and real customer support.

How we ship to the United States
Barknorth is an Italian company, and our customer service team is based in Italy. Orders placed by U.S. customers are shipped from our fulfillment partners' warehouses located in the United States and delivered via USPS, typically in 2–4 business days. This is how we can curate the selection from Italy while keeping U.S. delivery times short.
