Welcome to Barknorth! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Barknorth. Barknorth operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Barknorth is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Barknorth is an independent retailer based in Italy. We do not manufacture the products we sell: we select them from established pet brands and resell them. Orders placed by U.S. customers are shipped from fulfillment centers located in the United States.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Barknorth reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Barknorth confirms acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. In the event that your order is not accepted, is modified or is cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is submitted and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes or shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update that information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use that payment method, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or events outside our control. Our Services, including the design, selection and arrangement of text, displays, images, graphics, video and audio, are owned by Barknorth, its affiliates or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names, brands and trademarks belonging to the manufacturers whose products we resell remain the property of their respective owners.

Barknorth is supported by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Barknorth. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Barknorth.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your place of residence, including in the United States.
